I enjoyed our stay at Senses Riviera Maya! The oceanfront views captivated us every morning, and the spacious room offered comfort. Although we faced some dining limitations at dinner, the staff really shone with their attentiveness. A lovely escape!

My ocean front suite offered stunning ocean views, and it was just a short walk to discover beautiful landmarks and parks in the area, making my stay even more enjoyable as a solo explorer. however, having more dining options would enhance the overall experience.

I had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel! We enjoyed darts and explored nearby activities like whale-watching. The pools were perfect, and the drinks were always flowing. Just a heads up, the beach access requires a short walk, and the internet could be spotty at times.

We had an issue with our room at check-in that left a bad impression. It was a hassle getting the right information from the reception staff.

The stay at the Pool View Suite offered a tranquil environment with an excellent view and a fantastic shower. The staff, especially Ignacio and the restaurant servers, were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed delicious hibiscus and tamarind margaritas by the pool. However, the furniture felt outdated, and the lounging options around the pool were quite limited, which can affect relaxation.

Though the layout of the Ocean View Suite impressed, the level of cleanliness fell short—balcony curtains appeared dirty and rusted, and the pool on the balcony was cold and uninviting. Issues with maintenance included a non-working hydrojet tub and a water leak from one of the sinks. Dining options lacked variety, leading to repetitive meals, which dampened the experience after several nights. Moreover, the shortage of 24-hour food service limited options for late-night cravings.

The Ocean View Suite was massive and had an amazing view. Super clean, and the housekeepers were great, always on top of fresh towels and coffee. The bed was comfy, and shower pressure was solid. Everything smelled fresh, too, which was nice. The vibe was chill with nice music. Perfect for lounging around. Just wished the snack bar had better food options.
